About the process:
The RSPC (Robotic System for Pipette Calibration) allows for an automated calibration according to ISO 8655 and ISO 17025 of up to 50 pipettes at a time. This system is Patented to QCC Hazorea calibration technologies and is a breakthrough in hitherto manual calibration process of pipettes. This easy to operate system would allow for a fast, accurate and scalable accredited calibration of pipettes with minimal human intervention.

Our story:
QCC Hazorea Calibration technologies is a multi-disciplinary calibration laboratory, A few years ago, we encountered a problem –Calibrating pipettes according to ISO 8655 under ISO 17025 accreditation required the full-time-job of four highly skilled employees It was not only inefficient, but also proved difficult to recruit calibration technicians who would be willing to calibrate pipettes all day long…
Hence, we decided to acquire an automatic system which would do the work for us. Unfortunately, we discovered a system adhering to ISO 8655 does not exist, thus no automatic accredited calibration was available.
Long story short – we invented one A patented automated robotic system for single channel pipette calibration.
Following the strict requirements of ISO 8655:2022 series and ISO TR 20461:2023 which allows for a robotic calibration accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017
We now have a simple to operate system which allows us to perform the same number of calibrations (and more) with only a single employee
